Papamoa and Mount Maunganui experienced agent salesperson, honest appraisals.

My Story

I came to New Zealand from Los Angeles, where I spent years working in real estate. It was a fast, competitive market, and I learned a lot—how to think on my feet, negotiate under pressure, and really understand what buyers and sellers need. I was lucky enough to be recognized for my work there, but more than the awards, what I valued most was the trust people placed in me during some pretty big life moments.

I brought all that experience with me when I landed here (along with far too many shoes and a very confused dog). These days, I help people through what’s often one of the biggest decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home. I get that it’s not just about bricks and mortar. There’s usually a big life shift happening behind the scenes—maybe a new job, a growing family, or a long-overdue adventure. Whatever it is, my job is to help make the process feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more manageable.

I’lI take the time to really understand what matters to you—your goals, your timing, how you like to communicate—and then I tailor my approach to fit. I’m hands-on with preparing homes for sale and always honest about what will help attract the right buyer. I do my homework when it comes to pricing and marketing, and I’ll always give you straightforward advice, not just what you want to hear.

Most of my business comes from referrals, which I think says a lot. People know I’m in their corner, and that I’ll do what it takes to get the best outcome.

Outside of work, life is full of beach walks with my Kiwi partner, our two kids, and our Rhodesian Ridgeback Koa. It’s a pretty great life, and I feel lucky to help others find their own version of “home” here too.
